Remote Access

This page provides a link to a program to allow DP Computing technicians to have remote control of your computer.

To run this program:

1. Contact DP Computing on 08 8326 4364 to confirm that you require remote access and to ensure a technician is available.
2. Download the program by clicking this link and selecting run.
3. Once the program starts, the technician will ask you to double click on one of the links on the lefthand side of the screen.
4. DP Computing technicians now have access to your machine and you can monitor what is happening.
5. Once our technicians have disconnected from you machine we cannot connect again until you request it by running the above program.
