Not Working?

If the above method does not work you may be redirected to follow the steps below.

1. Contact DP Computing on 08 8326 4364 to confirm that you require remote access and to ensure a technician is available.
2. Once the download finishes, run the program and then accept any prompts that appear.
3. DP Computing technicians will now have access to your machine and you can monitor what is happening.
4. Once our technicians have disconnected from you machine we cannot connect again until you request it by running the above program.
